    Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so at no additional charge as long as you provide at least one day's notice. Simply log in to your online account and make the necessary changes. However, please keep in mind that any rescheduling requested within 24 hours of the agreed-upon photographic event date will incur a $100 fee.

    Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the agreed-upon appointment time will also incur a $200 fee.

    We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to be flexible and accommodating as much as possible. However, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our rescheduling and cancellation policy.

  • We do not charge a travel fee for properties located in the following counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda, and Contra Costa. If your property falls within these counties, you can enjoy our services without any additional travel fees.

    For properties located outside our coverage area, please contact us to inquire about the possibility of servicing your area and to discuss any applicable travel fees.
